He did an amazing job guiding me through the process while allowing me to steer. He's thoughtful and attentive and while I know he had other clients, he does well at giving his undivided attention. His communication skills are incredible- he always responds so quickly! I'm also aware of how quickly things move in the current market and he did an amazing job at helping me find my home. I had been looking to find an apartment to rent, based on how quickly I wanted to move, but with Richard's help, I moved into my new home less than two months after asking him to help me find my home.
